Privacy policy

• Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash).
• Membership details you provide: address and date of birth (optional), emergency contact, archery experience.
• Membership records: membership number, plans, dates, payments and event registrations.
• Election records: whether you voted. How you voted is stored separately and is never linked to your identity.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. The club never sees or stores your card number or security code.

We use your information to manage your membership, issue your membership card, run events and elections, send you membership and event emails, and keep members safe.

Only authorised committee members can see member records, and only for club purposes. We never sell your information. Your contact details are never published without your permission. Photographs that identify you are published only with appropriate permission.

You can update your details in the member portal, opt out of announcement emails, and ask the club to access or correct your information. Essential membership emails (such as receipts and expiry reminders) are still sent.

We keep membership and payment records for as long as required for club governance and legal obligations, and remove information that is no longer needed.
