How joining works

Apply online
Create your account and tell us a little about yourself and your archery experience.

Verify your email
Click the link we send you so we know we can reach you.

Committee approval
A club administrator reviews your application. You will get an email with the decision.

Pay your fee
The member portal shows how to pay: online by card where available, or by bank transfer or cash recorded by the treasurer.

Receive your card
Your permanent membership number and digital membership card arrive by email and are always available in the member portal.
Your permanent membership number
Every member receives a number like DMAC-2026-0001 when their membership is first activated. The year is the year you joined. Your number never changes — not when you renew, and not if you switch plans.
Renewals
We email you 30 days before your membership expires, with follow-up reminders 14 and 7 days before. Renew early and your new period starts the day after the current one ends, so you never lose paid time. You are never charged automatically.
